Meet Melanie
My name is Melanie and my first reiki experience was literally life changing as it led me on the path to where I am today. I use reiki everyday to heal, support and progress myself, my family and my clients.
I trained under a highly skilled reiki master teacher with many years' experience of healing and spiritual work. I regularly attend workshops, courses and reiki treatments to expand my knowledge and experience of energy healing.
I believe it is better to consistently maintain and improve your current mental and physical health rather than addressing it only when it is calling out for care.
I would welcome the opportunity to assist you with your own personal journeys of the mind, body, emotions and spirit utilising the powerful healing energies of reiki.
About reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and healing. The energy heals on all levels; physical, emotional, mental, spiritual. During treatments, reiki energy is channelled into the recipient, increasing the body's own natural ability to heal itself. It can be extremely relaxing and clients often feedback experiences such as seeing / feeling the energy flow, seeing images of people, places, landscapes and objects both worldly and other worldly and even encountering spirit / animal guides. Some people receive clarity on the answers they have been seeking, others feel completely in tune with their bodies, others still feel they have had a profound experience that means something very personal to them.

Reiki can be used for support in many situations such as:
anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, difficult times, processing past experiences, moving towards new life experiences, general self care, physical issues, boosting vitality / energy / creativity / productivity, providing clarity of mind and new perspectives, spiritual progression, new or greater connection to intuition, enlightened thoughts about self.
